CSWA (Oregon), LSW (Hawai'i)
I am a social worker and psychotherapist devoted to unwinding patterns within myself that block connection, peace, freedom, love, and joy.
My ongoing personal journey in recovery from the effects of growing up in an environment impacted by intergenerational patterns of addiction, co-dependency, and other dysfunction inspired my commitment to serve as a fellow traveler for others on the path of self-discovery.
My initial spiritual awakening while pursuing the path of Kriya Yoga sparked a quest for Self-realization that guided my life and self-study for over a decade. I am trained as an Ananda® Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Bliss Therapist, and a NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Psychotherapist.
I completed my MSW from New Mexico State University in 2022. I received a certificate of completion for the NARM Level 2 Training, specifically for working with individuals with attachment and developmental/ complex trauma (C-PTSD). I incorporate the tools of therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), and Twelve Step recovery. I am licensed to practice clinical social work in Hawai'i and Oregon under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My supervision is provided by Mary Robinson, LCSW (Oregon License No. L1355).
