I am a social worker and psychotherapist committed to gently unwinding patterns within myself that block connection, peace, freedom, love, and joy.
My own recovery journey, shaped by growing up in an environment impacted by intergenerational patterns of addiction, co-dependency, and dysfunction, inspired my commitment to serve as a fellow traveler for others on the path of self-discovery.
An early spiritual awakening through the path of Kriya Yoga sparked a quest for Self-realization that guided my study and practice for over a decade. My trauma-focused work in Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families (ACA) gave me a foundation for understanding how early experiences shape identity. I have trained as an Ananda® Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Bliss Therapist, and now practice as a NARM® (NeuroAffective Relational Model) psychotherapist.
I completed my MSW at New Mexico State University in 2022 and earned a certificate in NARM Level 2 Training, specifically focused on supporting individuals with attachment and developmental/complex trauma (C-PTSD). I integrate therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, Somatic Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Twelve Step recovery, and reparenting practices into my work.
I am licensed to practice clinical social work in Hawai'i and Oregon under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My supervision is provided by Mary Robinson, LCSW (Oregon License No. L1355).
